Partnership Agreement

Partnership Agreement — Grace & Grit

By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. I am offering the services/discounts described above to Grace & Grit and their travelers in good faith.
  2. I understand that Grace & Grit will rely on my commitments when planning trip itineraries, and failure to deliver may impact travelers' experiences.
  3. I agree to communicate proactively about any changes to my availability, pricing, or offerings that may affect planned commitments.
  4. I understand that a formal service commitment contract will be sent to my email via DocuSign for detailed terms and signature.
  5. Grace & Grit reserves the right to feature my business on their website, newsletters, and social media as part of this partnership.
  6. Either party may end this partnership with 30 days written notice.
  7. This agreement does not create an employment relationship, exclusive arrangement, or financial obligation beyond the specific commitments described above.
